Refund Policy

Non-delivered, thawed or incorrect meals

If we fail to deliver your package, or your package is delivered with incorrect and/or damaged contents, we will, at our discretion, refund either a proportional or full amount of the package value.

110% Money-back guarantee

All first purchases from our store come with a 110% money back guarantee.

If you're unhappy with our product after your first few meals please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will organise a pick up of your remaining meals for disposal and issue you a 110% refund, excluding delivery fee, to the purchase method used.

Please note that we require atleast 50% of the meals returned for this to be processed. If pick up is not possible, please reach out to customer service and we will make special arrangements.

If you wish to receive a refund for any other reason it's best to contact us via phone or email. We usually handle these requests on a case-by-case basis based on your specific circumstances & reasons.
