Muscle Diets Subscription Policy
If you choose to receive a recurring order from Muscle Diets, these terms and conditions apply to your subscription.
- Your subscription provides a recurring order that is processed on a periodic basis as selected by you, such as weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
- Your selected payment method will be charged according to the subscription cycle that you select, from the date that your subscription is created.
- For example, a weekly subscription will be billed every seven (7) days from the date that you create the subscription.
- We will apply a free delivery offer (“Offer”) to consumers who have purchased a recurring order.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion beyond the first order of your subscription. That is, all recurring orders beyond your initial order will be charged at our usual price, with an ongoing free delivery discount applied.
- If you have failed to comply with our standard Terms, or in our view you are attempting to obtain a benefit from claiming the Offer for which you have no reasonable entitlement, your claim to the Offer may not be accepted and the delivery fee reinstated.
- For example, where a free delivery Offer is accessed by entering into a subscription, and the subscription is subsequently cancelled prior to receiving your first order, the free delivery Offer is not applicable and we may reinstate the delivery fee.
- By placing a recurring order with Muscle Diets, you agree that where your subscription is cancelled prior to receiving your first delivery, the delivery fee will be reinstated and charged to your selected payment method.
Managing your subscription
- You can manage your subscription, including pausing or cancelling the subscription, through the options provided in your Muscle Diets user account.
- Recurring billing in connection with your subscription will cease immediately upon cancellation of the subscription.
- Recurring payments that have been processed in relation to your subscription are not refundable.
- If you cancel your subscription after a recurring payment has been processed for a given subscription cycle, you will receive your final delivery in connection with the processed payment and no further deliveries.
- If your subscription has already renewed and you do not wish to receive your final delivery, you must contact us by phone or email no later than six days prior to the scheduled delivery to request a refund.
- As our products are made to order, requests for refunds made within six days of the scheduled delivery may only be processed in limited circumstances and solely at our discretion.
- We may occasionally update our pricing and fees. It is your responsibility to review your order confirmations and bank statements to make sure that the amounts being debited are acceptable to you, and to let us know if you believe you have been incorrectly billed.
