Once you have subscribed to one of our meal plans you will be charged on a 7 day cycle. The same amount will be debited at the same day and time every week without any action from you. Should you want to modify or cancel your order it is imperitive that it is done before this date. If you have passed this date but still wish to modify/cancel and the cutoff date has not been passed please email or call us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our meals are made fresh every week so we need to be notified before the cutoff day (Wednesday) if you wish to cancel your order or require a refund. Should you cancel after the Wednesday cutoff you will receive one further meal plan that weekend but none afterwards. Please take this into consideration when cancelling subscriptions.
